The US Trade Representative’s Office has recently published a list of more products that are eligible for exclusion from the 25% additional China duty. It is important to note that importers must be certain that their product meets the exact definition provided in the exclusion definition in order to claim the exclusion.
If you have products that qualify you can not only avoid having to pay the additional duties for future imports you can go back 12-16 months on previous shipments to recover the additional duties paid. Time is of the essence.
