It is critical that importers know their suppliers and only import products from reputable suppliers. The U.S. Customs & Border Patrol is focused on stopping the importation of articles produced by persons under forced labor and importers who don't exercise due diligence are at risk of having shipments seized and paying large financial penalties.
Take the time to research the trustworthiness of your suppliers as Customs expects reasonable due diligence to be done by every importer, large or small.
