Duty Exclusions Extended
Importers who have been able to take advantage of the exclusions from additional duties on certain products from China are now able to continue to claim those exclusions through Sept. 2023. The exclusions were set to expire on Dec. 31, 2022 but have now been extended until September.
It is critical to note that importers must ensure that their products fit within the exclusion definition before claiming the exclusion from duty. We are happy to assist you or answer any questions; please contact us - steve@cssbrokers.com.
