Friendly Reminder - UFLPA
The requirements of the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) will be fully enforced effective March 18, 2023. Every importer must be sure to have a plan to exercise due diligence regarding all their import shipments to help protect against being in violation of the UFLPA.
