U.S. DEPT OF COMMERCE INITIATES INVESTIGATIONS OF IMPORTS OF PASSENGER VEHICLE AND LIGHT TRUCK TIRES

Importers of passenger vehicle and light truck tires from Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam may face additional duties of up to 217.5% on imports of these tires. The Dept of Commerce is investigating these imports now and importers of these products should be sure to provide their input to the DOC as this investigation will be soliciting comments before the final determinations are made.
