US Trade Representative’s Office Announces More China Duty Exclusions
Importers of a number of products may now import those products into the US without paying the additional Section 301 “China Trade War” duties. The linked article lists a number of new exclusions which have just been announced. Importers MUST work with their Customs Broker to claim the exclusion for their qualified products as this does not happen automatically. Best of all importers of the excluded products can file claims on shipment already received and receive refunds of those duties as well. We have helped our clients recover millions in previously paid duties in the past few months!
